More than 90% said they feel safe from crime. In fact, the FBI rates San Jose as the safest big city in America. It is also considered the third most fun city in which to live and work according to Money Magazine. Couple that with a mild year round climate and you really can't go wrong. San Jose is a few hours from Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Napa Valley, Yosemite National Park as well as beautiful Monterey.
